Park & St Francis Surgeries are excited to be able to offer a new way for our patients to contact the surgery with a query, whether it be a blood result or requesting a sick certificate.
You can now have your enquiry dealt with efficiently without the stress of sitting in a telephone queue.

With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Our Practice Team aims to provide a confidential and efficient service in a secure and safe environment, promoting health as well as caring for you when you are ill. We will undertake to treat you with dignity, respecting and taking into account your wishes and opinions, regardless of your race, gender, ethnic or national origin, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, gender reassignment, age or disability.
We have changed the way we patients are able to book for on the day appointments, anyone over the age of 18 please use the E-consult (above) this will signpost you to the most appropriate outcome. E-Consult is the same as calling into speak to our triage nurse and will ( if needed ) email our team with your e-consult consultation where the triage nurse will respond to you. The benefits of this service are that it saves you waiting on the phone and may signpost you to the best outcome for you.
Booking a Routine Appointment
Our routine appointments were being booked up-to 6 weeks ahead thus not allowing for patients to be seen earlier for a routine appointment. We also have a large proportion of patients who did not attend for their appointments. We have now changed the system so patient can only book up 2 weeks ahead to prevent patients having to wait up-to 6 weeks ahead and fewer patients who do not attend for their appointments.
GP appointments are available for west Hampshire patients on weekdays 6pm till 8pm and weekends at one of our Primary Care Extended Access Hubs. Contact NHS 111 to book an appointment or speak with your GP practice http://ow.ly/iH0l30kaX00
Cancelling an Appointment on line
To cancel appointments on line please follow the link online services- any appointments you wish to cancel within 24 hours please phone the surgery direct. Appointments for Monday Mornings should not be cancelled later than Thursday on the website.
If any patient registered with Park & St Francis Surgery has a disability, impairment or sensory loss we are able to offer you information that you can better access or understand, so that you can receive the necessary help you need. Please make a clinician or receptionist aware so we can update our records.
Both surgeries have been designed and built to accommodate the needs of disabled patients. All electronic entrances are appropriately ramped and doorways are easily negotiable by normal wheelchairs. Counters have lowered sections where possible to provide reasonable access to people unable to use the higher main counters. There are disabled toilet facilities on every floor and, where appropriate, a lift is available if required.
Text Messaging reminders
You are now able to receive a text message reminder when you book your appointments. You will then receive an alert of your scheduled appointment on your mobile. You will receive a second message two days prior to your appointment. Help us keep in contact with you via text messaging , sign up for the service which sends a confirmation text when you book an appointment. You will also receive a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
