IMPORTANT INFORMATION:-

FLU VACCINATION AVAILABLE FOR ALL OUR ELIGIBLE PATIENTS.

All eligible patients would have received a letter from the surgery about their flu appointment

The Dept of Health criteria for free NHS vaccinations are:

  • Over 65’s
  • Patients in the clinically at risk category:                                           
    • Chronic Respiratory Disease
    • Chronic Heart Disease
    • Chronic Kidney Disease
    • Chronic Liver Disease
    • Chronic Neurological Disease
    • Diabetes
    • Immunosuppressed
    • Asplenia or Dysfunction of the Spleen
    • Pregnant Women
    • Morbid Obesity (Class III )
    • Children aged 2 or 3 years of age (born between 01.09.2013-31.08.2015). Children in reception class and school years one, two, three and four will be offered their vaccination in school.

As the Dept of Health’s guidelines are always changing please contact the surgery to see if you are eligible for a flu vaccination this year.

BROWNHILL SURGERY

Sadly Brownhill Surgery will be closing on 30th November 2017.

Park and St Francis Surgery would like to reassure Brownhill Surgery patients that they will receive a letter from the Clinical Commissioning Group with the steps to follow. For further information patients can click on the web link below. All local practices will have capacity to register patients in due course, following the procedure outlined in the web link.

Please do not contact us for more information as everything you will require is available via the web link. We would like to assure Brownhill patients that we are working with the clinical Commissioning Group to ensure that the registration process is as smooth as possible.

YOU CAN NOW BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT OR REQUEST REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ONLINE.

To register for this service, please take one form of photographic Identification to the reception desk at either Park or St Francis Surgery to approve your online access.  You would then be able to collect your registration form prior to registering on the www.patient.co.uk

Cancelling an Appointment on line

To cancel appointments on line please follow the link - any appointments you wish to cancel within 24 hours please phone the surgery direct.  Appointments for Monday Mornings should not be cancelled later than Thursday on the website.

Like To Register?

New to the area and would like to join our practice? We would be happy to help you. Fill in our registration forms and come see us. You will need to bring in one piece of photographic ID and one proof of address to complete your registration.

Disabled Access

Both surgeries have been designed and built to accommodate the needs of disabled patients. All entrances are appropriately ramped and doorways are easily negotiable by normal wheelchairs. Counters have lowered sections where possible to provide reasonable access to people unable to use the higher main counters. There are disabled toilet facilities on every floor and, where appropriate, a lift is available if required.

Text Messaging

You are now able to receive a text message reminder when you book your appointments.  You will then receive an alert of your scheduled appointment on your mobile. You will receive a second message two days prior to your appointment
